The South Jersey Homeschool Choir is comprised of young people from throughout the South Jersey area who love to sing! The choirs focus on vocal and choral technique while learning and performing a balanced variety of high quality choral literature. The South Jersey Homeschool Choir’s goal is to honor Christ through musical excellence.

The South Jersey Homeschool Choir is comprised of two vocal groups.

cantabile

Cantabile is a basic level choir, focusing on the fundamentals of vocal and choral technique in a fun and inviting atmosphere, where music reading skills are introduced. Cantabile’s repertoire includes a variety of musical styles including classical, multicultural, musical theater, and contemporary Christian. Cantabile performs at the South Jersey Homeschool Choir Christmas and Spring Concerts.

SOLA VOCE

Sola Voce is an intermediate level choir made of dedicated music leaders who wish to advance in music reading skill and vocal/choral technique. Membership is acquired through an advanced level audition. All members of Sola Voce are also in Cantabile and should commit to participation in choir for both Christmas and Spring semesters. Sola Voce’s eclectic repertoire includes classical, multicultural, musical theater, and gospel styles. Sola Voce performs at the South Jersey Homeschool Choir’s Christmas and Spring Concerts.
